Your use of this website, including but not limited to viewing contents of this website, discussing your needs with Ruimin Wang, placing your orders including product ordering and service ordering through this website, and submitting your purchase orders to Ruimin Wang, indicates that you accept all these Terms & Conditions.
B.2. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you certify that you are 18 years old or older. If you are under 18 years old, you may use this website but must be supervised by your parent or legal guardian who agrees to accept these Terms & Conditions.

You, as the client, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruimin Wang against any and all liabilities, claims, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, resulting from or related to your use of this website, all the contents of this website, the products sold to you. E. Order Acceptance Policy

Although Ruimin Wang will make every effort to satisfy your product or service needs, it is not guaranteed that all your orders will be accepted because of the time, the quantity of products or services in your order, or any other reasons. Ruimin Wang reserves the rights to accept or cancel your order.
E.2. Before your order is accepted, additional verifications and information may be required.
E.3. If your order is canceled after you already paid your payment, Ruimin Wang will refund you the payment in the same way of your payment.

F.1. Ruimin Wang will not sell or rent or share any of your personally identifiable information to any third party. Information submitted through PayPal is subject to their privacy policy if you use PayPal.

G. Miscellaneous
G.1. Any dispute regarding this agreement shall be arbitrated in Somerset County, New Jersey, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and the laws of New Jersey.
G.2. If there are any links to other websites which are owned and operated by third parties, you shall understand and agree that Ruimin Wang is not responsible for the operation of such websites or the contents on such websites.  
G.3. Ruimin Wang may change or update this website, including but not limited to the contents and web design at any time. Ruimin Wang reserves the right to make these changes or updates without prior notice to you.
